Deadlift 2x15
100 Burpees for time
The deadlifts should be at 60-70% of your 1RM. Move as quickly as you can through the full range of motion with good form. Your grip will be tested on these. We're all in with Meagan as she finishes her 100 day burpee challenge. Yay, burpees!

oh man! I need to not peek, now I will dream of dang burpees
actually, I think that is called a nightmare.
Or, if you are me, it is the sweet, sweet dream of being FINISHED with those pesky burpees. At least until next week (I hope).
