Power Cleans

 Our new Elements Class has gotten off to a strong start: Ted, Buddy, Grady, and Charla work the body rows.

Power Cleans
2, 2, 2, 2, 2

AMRAP in 3 minutes x 3
7 ring dips
7 box jumps
30 sec. rest between sets

Power cleans are from the floor. If you've not done that many cleans, modify them by pulling from the hang.

AMRAP = as many rounds as possible.
