11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.

4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

We run a Structured-Open format. That may sound oxymoronic, like controlled chaos, but it's not. What that means is you can come in to train anytime during our training hours.  When you get here you'll sign in on the Whiteboard, be greeted by a trainer and we'll talk through the workout. Once you've warmed up you'll be paired with other trainees who are ready to start the workout.                  3, 2, 1...go!
