You ARE ready for this.

Next Elements Class starts March 8th. Sign up now!Don't believe it? That's OK. We do. CrossFit Genius is for everybody. Training functional movements (i.e. picking up heavy stuff, carrying it around, moving your body from here to there), varying those movements with every workout and making those workouts short and intense, is the most natural, and safest, thing in the world. You see, your body knows what it needs. It knows how to move. Years of putting it into unnatural positions (like on an elliptical machine or in front of a computer screen-- look at you -- you're doing it now) have deadened your senses. But you remember the feeling. You used to use your body the way it's meant to be used. Back then, we called it play. C'mon, this isn't rocket science...but it is Genius. Come see us.

Jim, old man, good to hear from you! Thanks for the kind works, you're way too nice. Besides, most of the really smart stuff is Karen's. When you coming down to visit?
Tony, hey Old man. Wanted to drop in to see how Crossfit Genuis is progressing. Hope it's going well. Let us know when your group is ready for BodPod testing! At the very least we could bring some CFNAers down to Montgomery for a CF challenge. Later...GWH
