CrossFit Genius is not what you think

CrossFit focuses on training all 10 Aspects of Fitness as the way to create a total athlete -- a person capable of performing any physical task she needs or wants to at any time. We prepare for "the unknown and unknowable."

At CrossFit Genius, we believe these ten aspects also apply to all aspects of life.  Our mission is to train the whole person  If we are to be truly functional in the real world it's more than just the accomlishment of physical tasks. Modern life has separated our brains from our bodies.  We go to the office to think (or not).  We go to the gym to work out.  How often do we use the two together in a concerted effort? (Reading Newsweek while walking on the treadmill doesn't count).

Which would you rather be? The hero that could fight his way out of any situation...

...or the hero that could think his way out of any situation?

What if you could be both?
